Senior Fitness Wales offers older adults exercise classes to improve their general fitness levels by incorporating strength, balance, flexibility and coordination exercises into our sessions. Exercise should be enjoyable and we aim to make our sessions fun and interesting for you and also help improve your health and fitness levels in process!

We also offer personal training packages for clients in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area. If you would like exercise from home this is the perfect option for you. Try out a few sessions with our pay as you go option, or if you would like to commit for a longer period of time we offer a pay monthly package.

Whether you’re a complete beginner who hasn’t exercised before or you’ve been exercising for a long time, we will design you personalised sessions to suit your needs. We offer one to one sessions, with a partner or friend, and sessions as a group of 3 to 4 people are all available to book.
